Water Industry Professional Registration Process

All applications for Water Industry Professionals registration must be made to the Water Industry Professionals Administrator using the form HERE

Eligibility

Applicants are eligible when they hold an approved qualification and have been working in the industry for a minimum of four years.

Water Industry Professionals Registration Application Process

When applying for Registration the Applicant must submit the following documentation:

Correctly filled out and complete on-line Application Form HERE
A copy of the approved NZQA Water Qualification held by the Applicant;
Evidence of the required experience (e.g. Practical Experience Portfolio), demonstration a minimum of four years in the industry;
A letter of recommendation from the Applicant’s employer verifying the Applicant’s role and capability (e.g. operator, supervisor, foreman, treatment processes of treatment plant applicant works on (if applicable)), and length of service; download the form HERE
A letter of recommendation, attesting to the Applicant’s character and suitability, from a senior person outside the Applicant’s organisation (e.g. manager from client organisation, local government, community organisation) - download the form HERE and;
Application Fee.

Re-registration Fee (Registration period 2 years) $150+GST
